I had my first service with Paone today, Phil was the tech. The level of professionalism, knowledge, work ethic, etc were extraordinary. Phil found the existing mini-split not secured properly to the wall, he repaired that without being asked, he thoroughly cleaned the unit, repaired issues left by the prior company quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed by the service, thank you Phil and Paone for the excellent service.
